At 18:45 UTC on 13 October 2026 Gamdom posted ten words on X: “We’re currently offline, will be back up and running soon.” Two to three hours earlier its hot wallets had started paying large sums into wallets that had never been used. On Ethereum, two of those wallets now hold 1.82 million DAI and about 87 ETH. Gamdom says it found “an unauthorized connection” and that “User funds are safe”. That is all it has said.
We read Gamdom’s posts, followed the Ethereum transfers one by one and checked the licence again. This is what we found, with the screenshots. Every time below is in UTC. Figures are as of 14 October 2026, midday.
- Casino: Gamdom.com, run by Moon Revolution Limitada of Costa Rica.
- Offline since: the evening of 13 October 2026. First post about it at 18:45 UTC.
- Site on 14 October: a maintenance page with one contact, support@gamdom.com.
- Gamdom’s reason: “an unauthorized connection on one of our automation servers”, found while it checked “a potential disk failure”.
- Gamdom on balances: “User funds are safe.” No figures and no reopening date.
- On Ethereum: two new wallets hold 1,821,809 DAI and about 87 ETH, about $2 million together. Neither has sent a transaction since 18:35 UTC on 13 October.
- Across five chains: on-chain researchers counted more than $2.3 million leaving Gamdom hot wallets that afternoon. We checked the Ethereum part ourselves.
- Licence check: the Anjouan validator read VALID for gamdom.com on 6 October. On 14 October it reads INVALID.
Alex Jovanovic: “I reviewed Gamdom eight days ago. Today the site shows a maintenance page and the licence check reads INVALID. The chain shows where part of the money went. Gamdom has not explained it yet.”
Is Gamdom down? What the site shows
Yes. On 14 October gamdom.com opens a single page. There is no lobby, no login and no cashier. The page gives one email address and links to Gamdom’s social accounts.

What Gamdom has said on X
Gamdom has posted three times about the outage on its official X account, @gamdom. The first post gave no reason.
At 22:26 UTC, almost four hours later, the site was still closed. Gamdom quoted its own post and asked for patience.
The third post came at 03:36 UTC on 14 October. It is pinned to the top of the account and it is the only one that gives a reason. By midday it had been viewed more than 60,000 times.
Read it twice and count what is missing. The statement does not mention wallets, transfers or an amount. It does not say who made the connection, what the automation server does or when the site will return.
The clock in it is worth a look too. “Approximately 24 hours ago” in a post from 03:36 UTC points to the early hours of 13 October. The wallet payments started about twelve hours after that. The site went offline two to three hours after the payments began. That is our reading of Gamdom’s words. Gamdom has not published its own timeline.
Where the money went on Ethereum
Hot wallets are the online addresses a casino uses to pay withdrawals fast. On the afternoon of 13 October Gamdom’s hot wallets on Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Tron and the XRP Ledger each made large payments into one wallet on that chain. At least four of those receiving wallets had never been used before. Public wallet trackers showed Gamdom’s tracked hot-wallet balances falling by about 98% in a day.
We followed the Ethereum side transaction by transaction. On-chain researchers identify the sending wallets as Gamdom hot wallets. The two main ones have about 370,000 and 199,000 transactions behind them. That is what a busy casino payout wallet looks like. The busier one now holds no ether at all.
| Time (UTC), 13 Oct | What happened on Ethereum |
|---|---|
| From 16:00 | New wallet 0x4b30…9ab8 receives about $950,000 in USDT, USDC and USD1, plus about 87 ETH, from three wallets linked to Gamdom |
| 16:23 to 18:00 | It swaps the USDT, USDC and USD1 into DAI in seven trades through the CoW Protocol |
| 16:34 to 16:37 | New wallet 0xe568…8667 receives 369,593 USDT and swaps it into DAI within three minutes |
| 16:44 to 18:39 | 0xe568…8667 collects more DAI from another wallet and from cross-chain routes, 336,199 DAI of it in one transfer through the Relay bridge |
| 17:42 to 17:45 | 0x4b30…9ab8 sends 0.01 ETH to an older, almost unused wallet linked to Gamdom. Three minutes later that wallet sends 10,456 BUSD to 0xe568…8667 |
| 18:16 and 18:35 | Last own transactions from the two new wallets |
| 18:45 | Gamdom posts “We’re currently offline” |

Why DAI matters: the companies behind USDT and USDC can freeze their coins inside a wallet. DAI has no issuer who can do that. Swapping into DAI within minutes took that option off the table.
The 0.01 ETH payment matters too. A wallet cannot move its tokens without ether for the network fee. That small top-up let the old wallet send its BUSD on. Both new wallets also use EIP-7702, a recent Ethereum feature that lets a normal wallet run smart-contract code.
Alex Jovanovic: “Brand new wallets. Swaps into a coin nobody can freeze, done within minutes. An old wallet topped up with just enough ether to empty itself. Gamdom may have an explanation for every step. It has not shared one.”
What the chain does not tell you
- Whether the payments were authorised. Gamdom has not said that money left without its approval. It has not said the opposite either.
- Who controls the new wallets. The chain shows the addresses. It does not show who owns them.
- How much left in total. We traced about $1.2 million out of wallets linked to Gamdom on Ethereum. The $2.3 million five-chain figure comes from on-chain researchers, and we have not checked the other four chains.
- What players are owed. Trackers see hot wallets only. Cold wallets and player balances sit off their screens, so a falling tracker total does not measure a loss.
- Where the rest went. According to on-chain researchers, the Tron and XRP wallets began passing their money on within about 80 minutes. Their addresses have not been published.
- When the site returns. “Soon” is the only date Gamdom has given.
Gamdom’s licence check now reads INVALID
On 6 October Gamdom’s footer showed one licence: Anjouan ALSI-152406043-FI4, held by Moon Revolution Limitada. That day the Anjouan validator linked from the footer read “Operating status: VALID” for gamdom.com. Our Gamdom review records it.
We opened the same validator again on 14 October. It now reads “Operating status: INVALID” and says gamdom.com is “NOT Licensed by the Offshore Finance Authority of The State of Anjouan”.

The Anjouan public licence register gave the same answer. Searches for Moon Revolution Limitada, for gamdom and for the licence number all returned nothing. A control search for another licensed casino worked on the same page, so the register itself was up.

A third-party licence tracker gives more dates for the same licence. It lists ALSI-152406043-FI4 as issued on 30 June 2024 with an expiry date of 29 June 2026. It also says the licence left the Anjouan register on 11 October, two days before the outage. We could not see those dates on the regulator’s own pages.
The regulator has published no reason. Records like these can change without notice, and nothing we have seen ties the licence status to the outage. We report both because both changed in the same week. Our post on the Curaçao regulator leak shows why a licence page is worth checking more than once.
Is my money on Gamdom safe? What to do now
Nobody outside Gamdom can answer the first question yet. Player balances live in Gamdom’s own records, and the chain does not show them. What you can control is your paper trail and your security.
- Do not send new deposits. The site is offline, and Gamdom has not said whether coins sent to an old deposit address will be credited.
- Save what you can prove. Your last known balance, deposit transaction IDs, any pending withdrawal and the time you made it. Dated screenshots help.
- Use only official channels. The maintenance page names support@gamdom.com. The X account is @gamdom. Ignore anyone who writes to you first about a refund.
- Never share a seed phrase, a password or a 2FA code. No real support team needs them. Do not pay a “recovery fee” and do not sign a wallet approval you do not understand.
- Check the address bar. Outages bring fake mirror sites and fake “Gamdom support” accounts. Type gamdom.com yourself.
- Do not chase the balance elsewhere. A locked balance is a reason to stop. Depositing at another casino to win it back only adds risk. Our responsible gambling guide lists free help lines.
Alex Jovanovic: “The best proof you will ever have is the one you save today. If Gamdom reopens and pays everyone, keeping it cost you nothing. If it does not, you will need it.”
Why hot wallets matter here
Crypto casinos keep part of their money in online wallets so withdrawals can land in minutes. Online wallets are also the part of a cashier that a compromised server can reach, and large casinos have lost hot-wallet funds before. In Gamdom’s case there is no proof yet that this happened. Gamdom has not said whether it made the 13 October payments itself or whether someone else did.
Provably fair tools prove that each bet was fair. They cannot show how a casino guards its wallets. What you can check before you deposit anywhere: a named company, a licence you can verify yourself, clear withdrawal rules and a support channel that answers. Our review method explains how we test each one.
What this changes in our Gamdom review
Our Gamdom review gives the house 7.4 out of 10, with 6.2 for the licence. It was checked on 6 October 2026, and those facts were right that day. We have not changed the score yet. When the site opens again, we will check the licence, the cashier and a real withdrawal, then update the review with the new date.

Alex’s verdict
I gave Gamdom’s licence 6.2 out of 10 eight days ago. The validator has since given it a simpler score. Gamdom’s servers may well have had a disk failure. Its wallets, meanwhile, had a very busy afternoon.
“User funds are safe” is the sentence every casino writes on its worst day. Sometimes it is true. The only way to prove it is to open the cashier and pay people. Until Gamdom does that, the calmest thing in this story is the DAI in those two wallets. It has not moved since Tuesday evening.
In crypto, “back soon” has no fixed length. I will keep the stopwatch running and update this post when Gamdom posts again, the site opens or a single DAI leaves those wallets.
Gamdom had no say in this post. Quotes from Gamdom come from its own posts on X. Wallet figures come from the public Ethereum record, read on 14 October 2026. Wallet addresses are shortened. The cover is an illustration made for this article.
FAQ
Why is Gamdom down?
Gamdom says it found “an unauthorized connection on one of our automation servers” while checking a possible disk failure, and took all systems offline as a precaution. It went offline on the evening of 13 October 2026.
Was Gamdom hacked?
Gamdom has not used that word. Large payments from its hot wallets to new wallets went out two to three hours before the site closed. Who made them has not been confirmed.
Is my Gamdom balance safe?
Gamdom says “User funds are safe”. Nobody outside Gamdom can check that yet, because player balances are kept in Gamdom’s own records.
When will Gamdom be back online?
Gamdom has not given a date. Its posts say “soon” and “as quickly and securely as possible”.
How much money moved?
On-chain researchers counted more than $2.3 million across five chains. On Ethereum we traced about $1.2 million from three wallets linked to Gamdom into one new wallet, and a second new wallet collected about 869,000 DAI. On 14 October the two hold about $2 million together.
Is Gamdom still licensed?
On 14 October 2026 the Anjouan validator showed INVALID for gamdom.com, and the public register returned no entry for its licence. On 6 October it showed VALID. The regulator has not said why.
