What BetPanda is in 2026

BetPanda opened in 2023 at betpanda.io. The old address now forwards to betpandacasino.io, and the support mailbox still sits on the old domain. The site is one wallet for a casino, a live casino, in-house Originals and a sportsbook, with a promotions page, a VIP Club and a sponsorships page in the side menu. It runs in 15 languages.

The reward model is easy to follow. Every tier gets 10% of weekly net losses back, every tier gets daily rakeback, and reload offers run on a fixed calendar. There is no points shop and no reward code to type.

The home page counts 5,000+ games. The lobby feed we read held more than 13,000 records, over 10,000 of them slots. We print the lobby figure.

No gaming licence: what that means for you

This is the most important fact in the file. BetPanda shows no licence seal and no licence number on any page. Clause 2 of its terms says the gaming services are authorised under the jurisdiction of Costa Rica and not under any domestic licensing regime. The terms name no regulator and no licence number.

We checked the regulator register as well. The company behind BetPanda holds an offshore licence for a different casino brand, and neither BetPanda domain is listed under it. On 8 October 2026 the regulator's validator returned not licensed for both betpandacasino.io and betpanda.io.

• There is no regulator to complain to and no ADR service named in the terms
• Disputes go to the company by email, and the courts of Costa Rica have exclusive jurisdiction
• By accepting the terms you waive any claim to reimbursement of lost bets under your national law
• The terms can change with 14 days of notice, and the English text prevails

The welcome bonus: a 1 BTC bounty at 40x

The welcome works backwards from most casino bonuses. Nothing is credited at the start. You deposit at least €10, wager that deposit 40 times within 7 days, and the house then pays 100% of the deposit, up to 1 BTC, as real cash with no further strings.

Run the numbers before you start. On $100, the 40x is $4,000 of slot play. On a slot at 96% RTP, the expected loss on $4,000 is $160, more than the $100 the bonus pays. The bounty only breaks even on average at about 97.5% RTP, before cashback. Pick the highest RTP slot the house allows, and check its info panel first. On live tables the 20% weighting turns the target into $20,000.

The promotions card says up to 1 BTC across your first deposits. The welcome page and its terms describe one bonus on the first deposit only. Plan on the first deposit. Some slots are barred from bonus progress, Scrooge, Devil's Delight, Aliens and Wish Master among them.

Cashback, rakeback and reloads

This is where BetPanda earns its place. Two rewards pay real cash with no wagering, and they stack.

Read the rakeback rules closely. The card says up to 10% back on every spin. The rules pay your tier rate on a simplified house edge of 3% for slots and 1% for other games. At Bronze that is 5% of 3%, or 0.15% of slot stakes: $1.50 on $1,000 of play. Diamond gets 0.3%. A day under 3 USDT pays nothing and does not carry over, so at Bronze you need about $2,000 of slot play in one UTC day before any rakeback lands.

The weekly cashback is the reward that carries real weight. On a $500 losing week you get $50 back on Wednesday, in cash. Over a long run, 10% of net losses lifts a 96% slot to roughly 96.4%, and rakeback adds a little more on top.

The terms cap weekly cashback at €20,000. A reload is a parachute bonus: your cash plays first, and any withdrawal while it is active removes the bonus. Only one bonus can be active at a time.

The VIP Club: five tiers on XP

XP builds on wagering, it never drops, and the full table is printed. Ten XP per €1 on slots and sports, five on slower-XP slots, two on live casino and table games. Baccarat, RNG table games, video poker and provably fair games earn none.

Gold is the tier that changes the account. It opens rakeback on live and table games, the second monthly reload and a named manager. A slot player reaches it after €10,000 of play. A live blackjack player needs €50,000, because live tables earn a fifth of the XP.

From Gold, the house offers a status match for players who hold a VIP level at another casino. Ask the account manager before you send proof.

The cashier: 13 coins

BetPanda is crypto only. The deposit list on our account carried 13 coins, and amounts are shown in euros or dollars. A Buy Crypto option runs through an outside provider, whose rate and fee are its own.

• The minimum deposit is €10 or the same value in crypto. A smaller deposit is not credited and not refunded
• You withdraw in the same coin you deposited. There is no currency exchange inside the account
• Every deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn

The FAQ and the terms disagree on the minimum deposit. The terms set €10 and keep anything below it, and the terms decide. Send €10 or more every time, and check the value after network fees on small XRP, DOGE or SHIB transfers.

Withdrawals and the caps

The home page and the FAQ promise more on fees and limits than the terms do. The terms are what decide a payout.

• The terms say a withdrawal can carry charges depending on the method
• Winnings are capped at 3,000,000 uBTC (3 BTC) in 24 hours and 10,000,000 uBTC (10 BTC) in a single round
• The house can hold a withdrawal until an ID check is complete
• The house prints no payout time

For most players the caps never bite. For a big win they decide everything. A €100,000 win needs more than two months to leave the site at €45,000 a month, and the balance waits in an unlicensed account while it does. If you play for high stakes, ask support in writing for a higher limit before you deposit, and keep the reply.

Games, Originals and the live RTP board

The lobby is one of the largest on the desk. The feed we read held more than 12,000 games, with over 10,000 slots and more than 1,300 live tables and shows. Originals and other provably fair games earn no VIP XP and count 0% toward the welcome bonus. Rakeback on them starts at Gold. If Originals are your main game, the weekly cashback on slots and live does not cover them either, so read the rewards with that in mind.

The sportsbook

The sportsbook runs on the same balance as the casino. From Gold, a daily bet streak pays a free bet each day you hit the sports target, 1.2x on day two and 1.5x from day three. Sports bets earn 10 XP per €1, the same as slots, which makes the VIP ladder friendly to bettors. Sports losses are left out of the weekly cashback and the daily rakeback.

Verification and account rules

Sign-up takes an email and a password. The marketing copy plays down checks, and the terms keep the right to verify your identity at any time, through an outside provider, and to lock withdrawals until it is done. The AML policy adds that checks may come at withdrawal and that flagged transactions can be held and returned.

This is the second weak point. We found no deposit limit, loss limit, cooling-off or self-exclusion tool in the account, and no responsible gaming page. The only tool is account closure by email.
