What Shuffle is

Shuffle is a casino and a sportsbook on one account and one balance. Natural Nine B.V. owns and runs it from Willemstad, Curaçao. The header splits Casino and Sports. The side menu carries Favourites, Latest Releases, Challenges, the SHFL Lottery, the SHFL Airdrop, Promotions, Originals, Slots, VIP, Blog, Affiliate and Live Support.

Shuffle is the official partner of Sunderland A.F.C. The club appears on the sign-up screen and on a sports banner with match promotions for the season.

Shuffle's home page claims more than 15,000 games. Counts printed about it elsewhere are far lower and do not agree with each other. We print no total. The Originals count below is what the lobby itself shows.

How to register at Shuffle

Register opens a modal with three fields, an optional referral code and one tick box. Terms clause 3.1 also asks for a date of birth. Clause 3.2 adds full name and address for fiat users.

One account per person (clause 4.1). Clause 4.3 asks you to tell Shuffle if someone in your household, on your device or on your IP address also has an account. Bots, bonus stacking and exploiting bugs are banned (clause 3.8).

Deposit bonuses and the weighting rule

Shuffle runs deposit matches, and the percentage, the cap and the minimum deposit change by promotion and region. Review sites print match offers for Shuffle that do not agree with each other. Every match follows the house Deposit Bonus Terms, and those rules decide what it is worth.

• Wagering is (deposit + bonus) x the multiplier. The house example: $100 plus a $100 bonus at 35x needs $7,000 of progress
• Progress is weighted by house edge: bet x (game edge / 4%)
• Max bet while wagering: $10 per bet
• You have 30 days to finish. A bonus not claimed in 60 days can be cancelled
• Accumulator games, Challenges, slot bonus buys and a Restricted Games list are off limits. Sports bets need odds of 1.30 or more
• While wagering you cannot withdraw in the bonus currency, move funds to the Vault or tip another player
• A promotion can cap the profit you keep, and VIP rewards can be reduced while you wager

The weighting rule matters most. A game with a 4% edge counts every dollar. On our cards, Crash sits at 99% RTP, so each bet counts a quarter. Blitz, Floor Is Lava and Waifu Tower sit at 98%, so each bet counts half.

Our arithmetic. The weighting cancels out the edge, so the expected cost of clearing is about 35 x (deposit + bonus) x 4%. On $100 plus a $100 bonus that is about $280 against a $100 bonus. Some matches need a message to support before your first bet, and a claim after wagering can be refused. Ask before you play.

Shuffle Originals

The Originals tab showed 17 tiles, and the counter under the grid read Displaying 17 games. Every tile carries the Shuffle tag.

Four of them have their own page here: Crash at 99.00% RTP, and Floor Is Lava, Blitz and Waifu Tower at 98.00%. They sit with the other house games on our Original Games page.

Provably fair covers the Originals. Slots and live tables from outside studios are not provably fair. The footer links a provably fair overview where a finished round can be checked against its seeds.

The VIP programme

Every bet earns XP, and XP moves you up the ranks. The VIP page lists four advantages: 24/7 support, level-up progress, daily, weekly and monthly boosts with reloads after a bad run or a level-up, and dedicated VIP hosts for high ranks.

The benefits table has eight ranks: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Jade, Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond.

The page prints no rakeback percentage and no XP threshold for any rank. The FAQ says rakeback depends on rank and volume. You cannot price a rank before you play, so judge the programme on what lands in your account.

The sportsbook

Sports sits next to Casino in the header and uses the same balance. At capture the rail showed 706 upcoming events and 105 live. The top banners ran a $50,000 NFL Kickoff race, a $10,000 Valorant Championship race and the Sunderland match promotions.

We added up the prices in Trending Now. Medvedev v Rublev at 1.44 and 2.80 carries a 5.2% margin. Australia v Brazil, live at 0-1, at 19.50, 7.00 and 1.15 carries 6.4%. Saudi Arabia v Iraq in the Gulf Cup at 2.04, 3.00 and 3.60 carries 10.1%. Prices on smaller events cost more here, so compare before a big single.

Odds show as decimal, fractional, American, Indonesian, Hong Kong or Malay. Cash out has a time delay and is not always offered (terms section 14).

Deposits, Buy Crypto and withdrawals

The wallet has four tabs: Deposit, Withdraw, Buy Crypto and Tip. The coin list scrolls, and across four screens it showed 20 coins, with SHFL fifth. Gram (GRAM) and CASH sit in the list next to the majors.

Buy Crypto sells coins for fiat through MoonPay or Swapped. The tab accepts Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, bank transfer and Google Pay. For 200 PLN, MoonPay quoted 0.00058853 BTC and Swapped 0.00058500 BTC. The note under it says purchases are processed outside Shuffle with extra fees.

1. 1Deposit your own fundsClauses 9.3 and 9.5. Deposit and withdrawal limits sit in the cashier (clause 9.4).

3. 3Know the 1x ruleClause 10.2: wager 100% of a deposit before a withdrawal. A crypto withdrawal to the same wallet address on the same network is exempt.

5. 5Read the confirm screenA withdrawal fee can apply (clause 10.7), and a network fee is charged (clause 10.16).

Shuffle says 90% of crypto withdrawals leave in under a minute, by its own data. Think twice before you hold a balance in SHFL. On two reads a day apart the ticker in the header moved from $0.5972 to $0.5309.

KYC and the account rules

These clauses decide whether a first cashout leaves on time.

• An ID check is required once you reach a threshold, and in any case before your first withdrawal, with a selfie and database checks (clause 5.2)
• A withdrawal is refused until your ID is verified (clause 10.1)
• Proof of source of funds or wealth can be required (clause 5.4)
• If verification fails, deposits are returned and winnings may be forfeited (clause 5.6). Bonus winnings are cancelled (clause 13.9)
• A VPN or proxy is a breach of the terms (clause 8.4)
• Player funds are held separately from company funds and earn no interest (clauses 11.1 and 11.5)
• An account idle for 24 months, plus 3 months after notice, is closed (clause 11.6)

Verify before your first deposit. Have an ID and a clear selfie ready, and a proof of address if you pay by card.

Limits and self-exclusion

The tools sit on the Shuffle Wise dashboard in your account. Support at support@shuffle.com can set them for you.

• Wager limits and loss limits, daily, weekly or monthly. You can run both at once. The loss limit counts net losses, bonuses and profits included
• Self-exclusion for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently
• Exclusion from Casino, Sports or both. Both locks the login
• Help links to BeGambleAware, Gordon Moody, the Responsible Gambling Council and Gamtalk

Read this before you rely on it. After a self-exclusion request Shuffle applies a 24-hour cooldown, then emails you to extend it. If you do not extend within 24 hours of that email, the account is open again. If you mean it, confirm the email the same day. We found no deposit limit or session timer in the policy.

Clause 10.10 says responsible gambling measures will not hold up a withdrawal. A self-exclusion started mid-bonus forfeits the bonus, and the remaining cash can be withdrawn.

The affiliate programme

The Affiliate page offers a commission rate of 10% and up on bets placed by your referrals across Casino and Sportsbook. You create a campaign, share the link and track earnings in real time.

A referral code at sign-up links your account to the affiliate who issued it. Nothing in the terms we read changes your odds or limits because of a code.

Every figure below was read on the official site, in its terms or on the regulator page during this pass. Margins and bonus costs are our own arithmetic.

Licence, operator and support

The terms we read are version 2.0 of September 2026. The bonus rules are version 1.0 of September 2026, and the safer play policy is version 1.1 of October 2024. Check the dates again before a large deposit.
